Refund Policy for Novex Design Solutions

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Novex Design Solutions.

  • Initial concepts were not delivered within the agreed timeline without valid reason
  • Services were not provided as described

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Final files have already been delivered
  • The client approved the design concepts
  • The project is near completion
  • Delays are caused by client inactivity or lack of communication
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Custom or rushed projects have been completed

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on:

  • Amount of completed work
  • Project stage
  • Resources already used

Administrative or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


Revision Policy

We encourage clients to use the revision process included in their package before requesting refunds.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking system.


Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks after project delivery may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary.
